West Kazakhstan Engineering- Technological University has 7 academic buildings, student dormitory, 3 gymnasiums.  The Education Faculty, where the Project will be implemented, has  total area of 4082 sq.m, 51 classrooms, 14 scientific laboratories and specialised teaching rooms.

The University library complex includes - 4 reading rooms and 2 electronic halls with 420 seats, equipped with computers, Internet. The single information-library fund makes 729690 copies, including state, Russian and foreign languages. The potential of scientific library will be used by project participants in implementation of tasks for scientific substantiation of the need to rethink the model of education in digital age for analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature and study and synthesis of international and domestic experience of blended learning (BL) in HE.

The training equipment and software meet the requirements for formation of practical skills and competencies relevant in future professional activity. The information infrastructure of university includes 22 Internet classrooms with more than 500 personal computers connected with Internet. The website http://www.wkitu.kz is hosted by Kazakhstan hosting Megahost.kz. Information on site is available in three languages and accessible to students, teaching staff and employers. As automated system for ensuring credit technology in HEIs, the System AIS HEIs "Platon" is used, hosted on its own server http://wkitu-platonus.tk, educational portal https://portal.wkitu.cloud/.  The faculty has following equipment: interactive whiteboards - 10 pcs; multimedia projector - 21 pcs; screen - 10 pcs; laptop - 12 pcs, 13 computer classrooms with 11-15 workplaces, total 178 computers. The university's Information Technology Centre is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for recording photo-video productions and video lessons.
