Modern dynamic changes, digital technologies and artificial intelligence require constant improvement of knowledge and skills, experience in training specialists in universities. One of his solutions is a series of intermediate training seminars. The Center for Educational Technologies and Blended Learning, under the leadership of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Svetlana Mendigalievna Bakhisheva, the Department of Digitalization and Innovation, the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Social Sciences and Physical Education, held the first two-day seminar for teachers and undergraduates on January 31 - February 1.

The first day was devoted to the topic of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in education. The work of the seminar began with a foreword by the director of the Institute of Education and Management of WKTU Tasmagambetov Aset Sembaevich. Acting vice-rector for the first and educational work of WKITU Mashanova Samal Amangeldievna, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Academy of Humanities of Kazakhstan, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Higher Schools of Kazakhstan Rysbekov Tuyakbay Zeitovich in the theoretical part spoke about the priorities of modern higher education, requirements for personalization teaching staff, recommendations, shared personal views and opinions.

Director of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Uralsk Aitpukeshev Aidarbek Tulepovich, Director of the Ural College of Information Technologies Safullin Eldos Nabiollievich, Deputy General Director of Zhaiyk Press LLP Rakhmanov Nurlybek, doctoral student of the educational program “8D01301-Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education” at the Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanova Ramazanova Lyazzat Yesentaevna spoke about aspects that should be taken into account in the practice of their teachers, the effective use of cloud technologies in a leadership position, the successful use of VR and AR technologies, media literacy, neural networks, established interactive communication, and shared experiences.

Day 2. Current trends in education, future development and the role of the teacher in it. The second day of the seminar was devoted to the professional experience of specially invited speakers. Vice-Rector of WKITU for Scientific Work and International Relations Zhubantayev Isimgali Nurymovich made a welcoming speech, noted the importance of the topics, and wished success in the work of the seminar. The head of the Center for Educational Technologies and Blended Learning, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Svetlana Mendygalievna Bakhisheva, in her review of student-oriented trends, spoke interestingly about the theory of generational specificity, constructivism, hybrid and blended learning, scaffolding, etc. Speakers who took part in intensive seminar, managers of creative educational institutions, modern young leaders who speak several languages fluently and know how to delight their listeners have deeply grasped the requirements of modern information times.

In the practical part of the seminar, teachers of the Department of Social Disciplines and Physical Culture - Ph.D., Associate Professor Kazhiakparova Zhadyra Serikovna and Head of the Department of Digitalization and Innovation Mukhtar Zinur Gafurovich conducted master classes on current topics. Zhadyra Serikovna taught the skills of creating books with animated page scrolling on the topic "Flip PDF Professional - creating interactive e-books and brochures", Zinur Gafurovich shared his experience of working on services that are widely used at present, on the topic "Cases of using digital technologies and artificial intelligence in teaching." In the practical part, master classes were organized on working with the services of modern digital technologies and artificial intelligence.
