1. Review of scientific and pedagogical literature on rethinking the teaching model in the era of digital society and justification based on sociological research.

A review of the world and domestic scientific and pedagogical literature on the issues of rethinking the learning model in the digital era and justification based on sociological research was conducted. Scientific articles from the database of the leading international bibliographic platforms "Scopus", "Web of Science" and publishing houses "Elsevier", "Springer Science" and others were studied. In total, more than 70 articles by modern researchers on the issues of the new learning model in the digital era and the transformation of education after the pandemic in English, Russian and Kazakh were studied and analyzed. Based on the review of scientific and pedagogical literature and sociological research among students, faculty and management, two scientific articles were prepared, which cited 31 scientific works, of which 18 were in English, 13 in Kazakh and Russian. A sociological study was conducted covering 492 students, 70 master's students, 115 faculty, 41 managers, heads of departments of 7 universities in the Western regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.1. Review of scientific and pedagogical literature

The first article is devoted to the issues of rethinking the learning model in the digital era and is based on the materials of the review of world experience and the analysis of pedagogical and sociological research. Title of the article: "Learning model in the digital era: pedagogical design of blended learning". The article analyzes the results of the first stage of the experiment on studying the theory and practice of introducing blended learning in universities, defines the content and structure of the pedagogical design of blended learning. The components of the methodological, didactic, technological and structural-substantive model of pedagogical design of blended learning are identified based on the analysis of the world theory and practice of teaching in universities. The necessary levels of institutional, pedagogical and technological training, objects of assessment, criteria and indicators of their readiness are determined. The results of the first stage of the study, the results obtained and conclusions serve as the basis for the transition to the next stage of the development of pedagogical design of blended learning. The 15-page article is posted on the electronic portal of the editorial board of the scientific publication KOKSON MNVO RK "Bulletin of Al-Farabi KazNU", Pedagogical series. Currently, the article has passed the "Antiplagiat" verification stage and is at the "review" stage. Certificate No. 22-24-97 dated 11/24/2022

2. Conducting sociological research

Sociological research covered 280 students and 56 master's degree students, 74 faculty members and 23 managers from 7 universities for the first study. Based on the results of the first stage of the study, the level of digital literacy of students and faculty members, the institutional, pedagogical and technological readiness of the experimental base for developing an experimental pedagogical design of blended learning were determined, and recommendations for the organizational and technological support of the experiment were developed. For the analysis on the topic of the second article, sociological research covered 212 students and 14 master's degree students, 41 faculty members and 17 university managers. At the diagnostic stage, the readiness of teachers, students and administrative staff participating in the experiment to use integrated management systems was measured by the SAMR model. The selected criteria and indicators allowed us to determine the level of respondents' readiness to use the technology, identify problems and solutions at the stage of preparation for the implementation of the blended learning model. As a result of sociological and pedagogical research, the respondents' understanding and vision of the blended learning format, the experience of online learning gained through distance learning, the specifics of working on various platforms, creating educational content, learning management, the level of work with information technology, problems and solutions were determined.

3. Study and analysis of the world and domestic experience of blended learning in higher education.
The second article is devoted to the development of an integrated model of technological systems for managing blended learning in a university, based on the study of foreign and domestic theory and practice, as well as materials from the analysis of sociological research. Title of the article: "Blended learning: current trends, experience and technological capabilities". The article analyzes foreign and Kazakhstani materials on the organization of blended learning and determines the potential for using digital educational technologies. As a result of comparing and synthesizing the studied regulatory documents and scientific literature, conclusions are formulated, the obtained data are systematized and processed. Based on the methods of systematization and design, models of the technological learning environment, management system, components and structure of blended learning have been developed. An experimental model of blended learning management based on the integration of LAMS, LMS, CMS systems is presented, which will ensure a holistic approach to the implementation of procedures for organizing, monitoring, evaluating and making changes to the educational process of the university. The scientific foundations of the pedagogical design of blended learning are defined as the results of this stage of the study. The intermediate results are a prerequisite for further modeling of the structure and content of blended learning at the university. The 16-page article is posted on the electronic portal of the editorial board of the scientific publication KOKSON MNVO RK "Bulletin of ENU named after Gumilyov", Pedagogical and psychological series.
